About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Nail Technician to join our team at TGB Spa by DKollection in Brighton, East Sussex. As a Senior Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail extensions, and nail art, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care, as well as lash and brow treatments.
  • Build lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and relaxing environment.
  • Promote additional services, retail products, and beauty packages to clients to enhance their experience and drive sales for the spa.
Requirements
  • Valid certification or license as a Nail Technician with at least 2 years' experience.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to the spa's schedule.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
