Job Summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Ross Hall Hospital, working in the ICU/IDU department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

  • Valid NMC Registration
  • Evidence of relevant clinical professional development
  • Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
  • Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
