We invite you to join our team and become a respected Automotive Service Technician.

We offer a competitive salary range of £29,000 - £45,800, which is determined by your skills and experience. This is based on a standard 40-hour work week, with overtime pay for Saturdays and additional performance bonuses available.

Your role as an Automotive Service Technician is vital in providing an outstanding customer experience, founded on trust and integrity. We are looking to enhance our team with skilled professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship. You will be tasked with diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards. Your proficiency in all facets of the role will be crucial, from routine maintenance to intricate repairs. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are fundamental principles that guide our operations.

We are seeking technicians at various levels, and the compensation packages will vary based on experience and qualifications. However, you can anticipate packages such as:

  • Service and Maintenance Technician salaries up to £36,200
  • Service and Diagnostic Technician salaries up to £38,600
  • Senior Technician salaries up to £41,000
  • Master Technician salaries up to £45,800

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
  • Current experience as an Automotive Service Technician
  • MOT license preferred but not mandatory
  • Your own set of tools
  • A full UK driving licence
