**About the Role**

We are seeking an English specialist to support our key stage 4 students on a 1-1 or small group basis at our Kenton and Studio West schools. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective teaching or tutoring in English, excellent behaviour management skills, and the interpersonal skills to challenge, inspire and motivate students to enable them to achieve their potential regardless of the barriers they face.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide high-quality English tuition to key stage 4 students
* Develop and implement effective lesson plans to meet the needs of students
* Use a range of teaching strategies to engage students and promote learning
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support
