About the Company
Our client is a well-established fleet maintenance organization with over 25 years of experience in the industry. They are currently seeking skilled HGV Technicians to enhance their growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities of the HGV Technician
- Deliver technical services adhering to the highest standards while complying with strict health and safety regulations.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications on a diverse fleet of vehicles and trailers, providing technical support from fault diagnosis to pre-MOT preparation and comprehensive vehicle overhauls.
- Execute general duties associated with HGV Technician roles.
- Possession of an HGV licence Class 1 is desirable but not mandatory.
- Must hold industry-recognized qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three) in heavy service, maintenance, and repair.
- Extensive knowledge of HGVs and trailers is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar HGV Technician role is required.
