Wealth Management Firm Seeks Experienced Administrator
**About the Role**
Fram Search is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to support the Financial Planning Director in a reputable Wealth Management firm based in Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs, ensuring the smooth operation of tasks and enabling advisors to focus on client engagement and strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support to IFAs, including managing client documentation and coordinating client meetings
* Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements
* Liaise with clients and providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in a financial services administration role is preferred
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
