About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team as a Disability Assessor. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing individuals with physical and/or mental health conditions and determining their eligibility for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with individuals to understand their health conditions and how they impact their daily life.
  • Interpret medical evidence and gather findings to support the decision-making process by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
  • Work autonomously and use your clinical experience to make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • NMC or HCPC registration is required.
  • At least 1 year's broad post-registration experience and UK experience is essential.
  • Proactive, keen to learn, and receptive to feedback.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and I.T competency is a must-have.
