About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Stanley House in Hereford. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Analyze behaviors and adapt care accordingly with colleagues
  • Update patient records and provide overall care and support
  • Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities
