Insurance Sales Opportunity

Hanover is seeking a skilled Insurance Sales professional to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering top-notch service and tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide expert advice on corporate insurance products and services, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and promoting additional coverage options.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to offer clients the best advice.
  • Ensure all activities meet regulatory requirements, maintaining ongoing professional development and training.
  • Accurately prepare proposals, reports, and handle financial transactions, ensuring detailed records and adherence to processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, preferably in brokerage.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate insurance products and the UK market.
  • Experience building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
