Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee reception and staff rotas to ensure a smooth patient journey
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression and excellent customer service
- Handle phone calls, appointments, and patient records with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate care packages for patients, working closely with clinicians to ensure seamless care
- Confidently promote and upsell Bupa Dental Care products and services, including Plan options, Finance, and Insurance claims
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team in the smooth running of the practice
- Handle payments and maintain patient confidentiality
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for a confident and professional individual with previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Your strong communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone and email, will be essential in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, along with strong organisational skills, will also be beneficial.
