- Chartered Company Secretary: Proven experience in company secretarial roles and legal entity compliance (circa 6-10+ years experience).
- In-House Experience: Experience in a professional services or large, complex organizational environment.
- Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organizational and Project Management: Highly organized, proactive, with excellent project and time management skills.
- Integrity and Professionalism: High levels of discretion and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
