Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Fieldcal. As a key member of our customer service engineering team, you will be responsible for visiting client sites to perform servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of material handling equipment and forklift trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control parts stock and complete service reports and timesheets
  • Visit client sites to perform servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance
  • Work with a variety of equipment and forklift trucks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Mechanical and electrical bias
  • General automotive technicians, HGV, mobile plant, forklift, or ex forces military vehicle engineers
