We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Estate Agent to join our successful team at Anderson Recruitment Ltd.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven individual to develop their skills and knowledge in the property industry.

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Negotiating house sales to achieve set targets
  • Appraising and recording information relating to properties for marketing purposes
  • Liaising with purchasers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other parties involved in the house buying process
  • Ensuring that all management information is reported to the branch manager within agreed timescales
  • Providing leads and arranging appointments for mortgage advisors
  • Operating within the appropriate laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Actively promoting all available services offered by the company
  • Recording all information on a computer-based system

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Be able to communicate at all levels
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Be computer literate
  • Be reliable and committed
  • Be smart and well-presented
  • Have a full driving license and car

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with a day off in the week. The salary is a generous training salary of £25,000 for the first 6-9 months, with an OTE of up to £30,000 comprising a basic wage and a generous and achievable commission structure.
