Company Overview: NextGen Recruits is a reputable cleaning service provider dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Position Summary: We are currently seeking two dedicated Sanitation Specialists to join our dynamic team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate.
Requirements:
- A valid driving license and personal transportation are essential for this role, as travel within the local area is required.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory; we are open to training the right candidates.
- Experience in domestic cleaning is advantageous but not a strict requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning, deep cleaning, and changeover tasks according to established standards.
- Ensure thorough cleaning of all areas, including surfaces, furnishings, windows, and fixtures.
- Complete additional duties as outlined in the cleaning specifications.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked cleaning caddie, ensuring all materials are replenished before each shift.
- Report any issues to management promptly for immediate resolution.
