Agile Development Product Owner

We are seeking a skilled Junior Product Owner to join our team at First Advantage, a leading provider of mission-critical background screening solutions. As a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Closely cooperate with the scrum development team and product team to understand business requirements and define product features.
- Analyze requirements and create, refine, and plan user stories.
- Perform tests and monitor usage and adoption.
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Junior Product Owner.
- Technical support experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cross-functional teamwork, time management, and stakeholder management are essential.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and basic understanding of software development process.
This role is based in Nottingham, UK, and will offer hybrid flexibility. First Advantage is going through a technology transformation and is looking for experts who are excited to work with advanced technologies and provide best-in-class user experiences.
