As a Creative Artworker at Publicis Pro, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring designs are accurate and ready for digital and print mediums. Collaborating closely with the design team, you will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns from inception to final execution, adhering to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain existing designs with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and tight timelines, while remaining extremely detail-oriented and focused on delivering exceptional results.
- Interpret client feedback to create artwork that aligns with their objectives, demonstrating a deep understanding of their brand identity and visual language.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to the brand guidelines of clients, maintaining consistency in visual identity across different platforms and materials, and upholding the reputation of Publicis Pro as a leader in creative excellence.
Requirements
- Formal training in a specific design discipline or relevant experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative production and outstanding visual skills.
- Proven skills and competencies within the creative industry, with a track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Generally, 1 to 3 years of industry experience, with a deep understanding of fundamental disciplines and design principles such as color, composition, and typography.
- Ability to integrate feedback with a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of design software and tools.
- Prepare designs for print and digital, including setting up files with the correct color modes, resolutions, and formats, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure quality output.
- Provide technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high-quality results, and contribute to the growth and development of the design team.
