About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Home Guide to join our team at the Oban Visitor Centre. As a Brand Home Guide, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high standards of customer service and provide an outstanding visitor experience.
  • Guide visitors through our interactive tour and tasting experiences, representing the brand and Diageo.
  • Assist with ticket sales and promote our brand throughout the visitor experience.
  • Perform shop duties and upsell products in the retail area.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of special events throughout the year.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for our craft, character, and products. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Previous experience in the drinks industry or hospitality environment is desirable.
