The General Practice Audit Accountant role is ideal for those seeking progression within a challenging and enjoyable environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and develop your skills in auditing, financial analysis, and business advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leading audit teams on fieldwork and ensuring high-quality workpapers and accounts files are prepared
  2. Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents
  3. Providing expert advice on financial matters, including tax planning and compliance
  4. Drafting and reviewing financial reports, including annual reports and management accounts
  5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
  1. ACA/ACCA qualified or an alternative equivalent qualification
  2. Minimum three years' experience in auditing, financial analysis, and business advisory services
  3. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  5. Commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate business acumen
  6. Professionalism and self-motivation, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Training and Development:

Successful candidates will receive specific training and opportunities to develop their career within Proactive Solutions Group Ltd.

Salary: The General Practice Audit Accountant salary for part-qualified is £27-35k, qualified is £40-45k, negotiable depending on experience, potentially negotiable further plus benefits.
