As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a world-class buying experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert knowledge of our used car inventory and make recommendations to customers based on their requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are offering the best possible products and services to our customers.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably in used car sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to make recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Full UK driving license and a clean driving record.
