Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to help implement our UK marketing strategy, with potential international support. As a hybrid role, you will spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive business growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage and maintain our online presence, including social media and web analytics.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data analysis and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong time-management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with web analytics, search strategies, and social media ethics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and advisory skills.
- Confident in advising and working with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Additionally, the following qualities would be desirable but not essential:
- IT marketing design and event management experience.
- CIM qualification with ongoing development.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and marketing best practices.
This role would be suitable for a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Administration Assistant, or Graduate.
