Corporate Lawyer

At Tandem, we're seeking an ambitious and dedicated Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in advising internal stakeholders and negotiating with external counterparts on various legal matters.

• Advise on corporate advisory, finance advisory, company secretarial, and investor relations matters
• Review commercial agreements and negotiate with stakeholders to deliver required services
• Provide legal and company secretarial advice and support to the Chairman, the Board, and its sub-committees
• Support the team in managing investor relations and outside counsel relationships
• Deliver training to the business on regulatory and other legal matters

• At least two years post-qualification experience in a fast-paced in-house environment or excellent private practice training in general corporate, general banking, or TMT teams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and fluency in English
• Strong skills in drafting legal documents and ability to handle multiple transactions autonomously
• Highly customer-centric with a passion to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Entrepreneurial approach with ability to operate at a strategic level and be hands-on
