Lettings Property Advisor Role

We're seeking a skilled Lettings Property Advisor to join our team at CPS Homes, a leading estate agent in Cardiff. This is a full-time, permanent position for an individual who is driven and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to document the condition of properties.
  • Liaise with occupants, landlords, and our Maintenance Team regarding inspection findings, which may include maintenance work or improvement suggestions.
  • Evaluate the suitability of prospective occupants for available properties and schedule viewings for suitable candidates.
  • Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced working environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving license is essential.
