Advance is seeking a Casual Support Worker in Spalding, Lincolnshire to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Support with medication administration (if required)
  • Assist with preparing and cooking meals
  • Accompany customers to medical appointments
  • Encourage participation in social activities
  • Support with independent skills development
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene (if required)
  • Help with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Maintain accurate records and update care plans as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with training and professional development

Waking Night Activities:

  • Assist with personal care and hygiene (if required)
  • Ensure the premises are secure and safe during the night
  • Support with meal times and food preparation (if required)
  • Administer medication (if required)
  • Support with independent skills development
  • Keep accurate records and update care plans as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with training and professional development
  • Regularly check on customers to ensure their safety
  • Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry

About You:

We're looking for someone who is caring, fun, and up for a challenge. You don't need previous experience working in care or support, but you must be willing to learn and develop your skills. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you.
