Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Reporting Specialist to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an ESG disclosure program that meets the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a robust ESG data collection and reporting program.
  • Support external consultants in conducting data readiness reviews and establishing a reusable reporting infrastructure.
  • Oversee internal data collection and ensure ESG data consistency across the business.
  • Implement reliable and auditable processes and controls for ESG data collection, validation, and reporting.
  • Draft project plans and monitor the execution of each work stream.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ESG, project management, sustainability reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with PMP certification desirable.
  • Knowledge of ESG and/or CSRD reporting, with familiarity with ESG jargon across a range of priority topics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA region, cultures, and legislation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
