Construction Project Manager

Barratt Developments PLC is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the management of big projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. As part of our Construction environment, you will be responsible for coordinating labor and resources efficiently on site, managing material levels to meet project timelines and budget goals, and delivering high-quality construction in line with industry standards.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, NHBC regulations, and quality standards
  • Coordinate labor and resources efficiently on site
  • Manage material levels to meet project timelines and budget goals
  • Deliver high-quality construction in line with industry standards
  • Control production costs and approve payments as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure project success
  • Lead by example in all aspects of work

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in construction project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and requirements
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve effectively
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer relations in a construction setting
