We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Threat Detection Specialist to join our National Management Centre (NMC) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us to detect and respond to cyber threats in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage alerts across NMC technologies to identify potential security threats.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of alert data to determine the severity and impact of potential threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective incident response plans.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to police forces on cybersecurity best practices and threat mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends to ensure our defenses remain effective.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity threat detection and incident response.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
