Position Overview:
In the role of Sales Engineering Manager, you will take charge of crafting and implementing sales initiatives aimed at meeting revenue objectives within the metrology and calibration industry. Your responsibilities will include fostering and nurturing robust relationships with clients, delivering product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to bolster sales endeavors.
Your Main Duties Will Include:
- Formulating and executing sales initiatives to meet revenue goals within the metrology and calibration industry.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the metrology and calibration field.
- Working in tandem with internal teams to enhance sales initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Conducting product demonstrations and providing training to clients on metrology and calibration solutions.
- Supporting trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing activities focused on the metrology and calibration sector.
- Overseeing sales budgets and delivering sales forecasts for the metrology and calibration industry.
Candidate Profile:
To excel in this position, you should possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. A solid background in field sales within the metrology and calibration sector is crucial, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
You should be an analytical thinker with a genuine enthusiasm for sales and a comprehensive understanding of the metrology and calibration industry. Familiarity with sales management tools and software (CRM) is also necessary.
Compensation Package:
In recognition of your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary, commission structure, and benefits package. The basic salary ranges from 35k to 45k. This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant and expanding company in the metrology and calibration sector.
