About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team at Setsquare Recruitment. As a Civil Engineering Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing Civil Engineering works on a long-term project in Somerset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a section of works, working closely with the Planner to update section of works and produce 2-week lookaheads.
  • Produce and review RAMS documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor quality control, including ITP production and monitoring on site, Take Offs, RFI / TQ, and build ability.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify additional scope, changes, and record and communicate to the team.
Requirements
  • Commercial awareness and knowledge of NEC4.
  • Ability to identify and manage additional scope, changes, and record and communicate to the commercial team.
  • Minimum HNC qualification, plus SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS.
  • Good knowledge and experience working with main contractors on projects where R.C., piling, earthworks, Temporary Works, etc. are prevalent.
  • Experience working within Ecology or Environmental works will be looked at favourably.
