We are currently working with a market leading textiles business in the Rochdale area who are looking to expand their customer service team. This is a temporary to permanent position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing help and advice to all customers as and when required, over the phone and by email. They will also be responsible for communicating in an articulate and professional manner, carrying out administrative duties, and maintaining up to date and accurate records of customer discussions and all correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Carry out administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and correspondence.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed effectively.
