Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Optometrist to join our team at Inspired Selections. As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for conducting sight tests, contact lens fittings, and aftercare services in a relaxed and independent practice environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sight tests in 25-30 minute time slots, ensuring a strong recommendation is made to patients.
  • Fit and dispense contact lenses, as well as provide aftercare services.
  • Work collaboratively with patients to understand their needs and provide personalized care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the practice through excellent patient care and customer service.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness and a willingness to contribute to the growth and success of the practice.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum.
  • A bonus scheme with an annual OTE of £5,000.
  • A relaxed and independent practice environment with a focus on customer care.
  • Modern equipment and technology to support your work.
  • A flexible working schedule with 9:00-5:30 (Mon-Fri) and 9:00-4:00 (Sat) hours.
  • Alternate Saturdays with a 30-minute testing time.
