About the Role

Eventus Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paraplanner to join a successful Financial Planning business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting Financial Planners in providing, implementing, and reviewing strategies and advice to private and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Financial Planners in preparing accurate financial plans and suitability reports.
  • Monitor and report to clients on various financial products.
  • Conduct research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Have a full understanding of Holistic Financial Planning and be comfortable querying consultants.
  • Experience of dealing with all aspects of advice, such as Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts.
  • Experience of bonds and higher risk investments such as EIS/VCT/BPR.
  • Continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal goals.
  • Excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Good report writing skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Achieved professional qualifications to at least Level 4 (CII Diploma in Financial Planning).
  • Flexible and able to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing when necessary.
