Job Title: ICT Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ICT Systems Analyst to join our team at Launch Resources Limited. The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of Case Management Systems and be able to develop enterprise standard solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To work collaboratively with the Business Process team to build and test defined workflows.
  2. To provide 3rd line support for in-house developed workflows, working closely with the rest of the team.
  3. To adhere to standards and procedures to ensure consistent measurable results.
  4. To implement change and release management processes as part of the software development lifecycle.
  5. To proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they become incidents.
Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of Axxia or Visualfiles Case Management System or equivalent.
  2. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Word.
  4. Knowledge of Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
  5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  6. Familiarity with UML for system documentation and design.
  7. Ability to anticipate problems, identify risk, and produce solutions.
  8. Excellent deadline and personal time management skills.
  9. Ability to rollout well-tested solutions that meet end-user needs.
  10. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  11. Client-focused with an understanding of end-user and firm needs.
