About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Next. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving efficiency, and achieving performance targets by inspiring and motivating your team to be their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure accurate stock processes, maintain a commercial and operationally efficient environment, and promote a safe working culture.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, Area Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Confidently problem-solve, make sound business decisions, challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas to take the business forward.
  • Have experience in leading and coaching a high-performing team and effectively dealing with people issues.
  • Be an effective multi-tasker who can plan, organize, and prioritize your workload.
