Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet the standards of the Teller's Arms
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu ideas and improve existing dishes
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure they meet the standards of the Teller's Arms
- Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
- Passion for producing high-quality food
