Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at Syntech Recruitment Ltd. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and performance of our diverse range of products through rigorous testing protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Executing electrical, RF, mechanical, thermal, and vibration assessments in line with established testing protocols.
  • Setting up and assembling various test configurations, including thermal and mechanical systems.
  • Documenting findings and compiling comprehensive reports on testing outcomes, offering insights and recommendations based on the data collected.
  • Regularly maintaining and calibrating testing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Developing and refining testing procedures and protocols in collaboration with project teams.
  • Demonstrating prior experience in a testing role, preferably within regulated sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, or Nuclear.
  • Exhibiting strong report writing and analytical skills.
  • Possessing knowledge of specialized testing apparatus, including thermal vacuum chambers and tensile pull testers.
  • Communicating effectively and proficiently utilizing MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks across multiple projects to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Maintaining a quality-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Adapting to flexible working hours as required by testing schedules.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with RF vector analyzers, data loggers, and modal testing techniques is advantageous.
