We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at 300 North Limited. As a key member of our M+E division, you will be responsible for managing a multi-site contract covering various locations in the North East.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background in an M+E discipline and experience working in a commercial FM environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of M+E engineers across multiple sites, ensuring the day-to-day PPM and reactive maintenance of building facilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all hard services provisions across several sites, including managing a team of engineers.
  • Working with mobile teams to plan, implement, and monitor PPM and reactive works.
  • Staff training, development, and reviews.
  • Managing client service delivery and contract KPIs across multiple locations.
  • Ensuring financial performance of the contract.
  • Developing meaningful and sustainable relationships with clients.
  • Managing all SHEQ requirements across sites and conducting risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Managing technical compliance across the contract.
  • Working with operational and support teams to ensure completion times for planned, corrective, and reactive works are correctly logged and recorded.
  • Managing subcontractors and negotiating rates.
  • Driving profitability of the contract and managing P+L.
  • Generating sales and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Regularly meeting with clients to understand their organization and requirements.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A technical background in an M+E discipline.
  • Experience working in a commercial FM environment.
  • Engineering management experience.
  • Experience using a CAFM system and managing KPIs.
  • P&O/Financial experience.
