Job Summary

The University of Reading is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its CRM Team as a Senior Application Support Technician. This role is critical to the success of the Dynamics 365 CRM Re-Implementation project, which aims to implement an updated version of Dynamics 365 CRM to our user base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the team in the delivery of Power Platform Apps and custom developments.
  • Train and guide users on how to use new features of the Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Collaborate with business users and our business partner to deliver a quality solution that meets the current and evolving needs of the University.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in providing application support to a large user base of Dynamics CRM users.
  • Excellent experience of administering Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • At least 2 years' experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and The Power Platform in a support capacity.
  • Experience of configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications using Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and development processes.
  • Knowledge and experience of end-to-end testing and training end users.
  • Experience creating dashboards and manipulating data.
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment.
