About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Controller to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle repairers and suppliers to ensure a cost-effective process and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle repairers and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs
  • Manage and approve SMR (service, maintenance & repair) and Tyre requests in accordance with the Tusker Maintenance Policy
  • Ensure all transactions are approved at the lowest possible cost price to Tusker
  • Monitor downtime cases and ensure efficient resolution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vehicle repairers and suppliers

  • Extensive knowledge of motor vehicle repair and maintenance
  • Experience working in a manufacturer's franchised dealership or similar environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and telephone negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
  • Experience in a cost approval and audit function
