Position Overview

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Family Law Solicitor to enhance their legal team.


Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will manage a range of privately funded family law cases, with a strong emphasis on:

  • Divorce proceedings
  • Financial settlements
  • Child custody and welfare matters

Candidate Profile
  • We welcome applications from both Newly Qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including part-time and full-time options, are available.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Post Qualification Experience in Family Law is preferred, although prior experience before qualification will also be considered.
  • Legal Executives and Fee Earners are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong advocacy skills will be viewed favorably.
  • Ability to independently manage and grow your own caseload with minimal oversight.
  • A collaborative mindset, focusing on fostering excellent relationships both internally and externally, is essential.
