Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and companionship they need to live happy, independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and support to clients in their own homes, helping them with daily tasks and activities.
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and support clients with meals, ensuring they have access to nutritious food and hydration.
  • Prompt and assist clients with their medication, ensuring they take their medication as prescribed.
  • Support clients with social visits, appointments, and shopping trips, helping them to stay connected with their community.

  • Kind, compassionate, and empathetic individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing excellent care and support to clients.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
