Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement Lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
* Collaborate with design and engineering teams to transition new products from development to production, document processes, and implement line layouts.
* Oversee maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment, ensuring machinery operates efficiently and safely.
* Implement and monitor quality control procedures, investigate production issues, and resolve them with corrective actions.
* Develop work instructions and SOPs, provide training and technical support to production staff, and advise on best practices.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in production engineering, with a focus on both design and production.
* Proficiency in CAD software and production management tools.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control methods.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
