Agriculture Sales Professional

At Vp plc, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer support services. As our Agriculture Area Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and profitability in the South London region.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Senior Area Sales Manager to identify and grow new accounts in the South London area, covering Gatwick, Croydon, and Brighton.
- Deliver maximum spend on newly acquired accounts and actively work with the wider Sales Teams to share leads and opportunities within the Customer Pyramid.
- Take a proactive approach to growing existing accounts, ensuring pricing guidelines are adhered to, and maintaining a thorough review of the monthly sales KPI report.
- Promote and embed a joined-up approach to customer engagement throughout your region by engaging with the local operations teams.
- Assist the Head of Business Development in building a respectful 'one team' culture across the sales and operations teams.
- Proven ability to secure and grow new business with spending accounts.
- Experience of presenting commercial arguments formally to key senior external stakeholders.
- Intermediate IT skills, including the ability to analyse data.
