Job Summary

Brunswick Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Group Financial Controller in maintaining and reviewing our financial control environment.

About the Role

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing consistent financial processes and systems
  • Providing monthly financial reporting and analysis to our global business
  • Coordinating and consolidating global accounting setup
  • Offering operational and technical support to our international offices
  • Providing financial analysis, client reporting, and other financial services to our key stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Finance Manager will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership and Business Partnering
    • Innovate and develop processes and procedures to drive efficiencies and productivity
    • Partner with key budget holders to drive business growth
    • Review and approve bank payments across the Group
    • Manage foreign currency exposure
    • Prepare cashflow forecasts and coordinate global cash
  • Control and Oversight
    • Review and approve internal control procedures
    • Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures
    • Undertake periodical review of financial processes
  • Deferred Remuneration Award Schemes
    • Prepare trust accounts and tax returns
    • Liaise with external accountants
    • Oversight and review of work performed by the Group Accountant

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A suitable accounting qualification
  • 3 or more years of post-qualified experience
  • Motivated self-starter with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Highly professional with a strong client-service attitude
  • Strong organization skills with an excellent eye for detail
