Your daily routine will involve managing shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on productivity and safety. You will oversee team management, operational responsibilities, and process enhancements, while also mentoring new managers.
About the TeamThe Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is essential to our operational success. By leveraging various transportation methods and cutting-edge technology, you will contribute to maximizing efficiency in our logistics operations. Our team is dedicated to safety and innovation, ensuring that packages reach their destinations swiftly and sustainably.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications- A Degree
- Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) for National and International operations
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale logistics operations
- Proven ability to lead teams and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with performance metrics and process optimization
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior management
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Operations Research, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Experience managing a contingent workforce during peak periods
- Previous involvement with an Operators License in the transport sector
