About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support our team of Financial Advisers in providing exceptional client service. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the preparation of recommendations, suitability reports, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and collate client information and data, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist Financial Advisers in preparing suitability reports, including tax calculations and product details.
  • Prepare and maintain client records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support administrative functions, such as new business processing, income matching, and management information.
  • Collaborate with Financial Advisers to discuss client objectives and identify solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of the Financial Planning process and ability to work within defined business processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently and in a team.
  • Good report writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a financial planning environment or similar setting.
