About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spa Cleaner to join our team at Christchurch Harbour Hotel. As a Spa Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our spa and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and service all areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, reception areas, and public spaces
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order and report any issues to management
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the spa
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
