About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Salesforce Initiative Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on emerging technologies such as hydrogen and CCUS.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business growth strategies in the Oil and Gas industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK and internationally
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager - Products & Industries to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Assess and develop opportunities within Salesforce to ensure continuity and coordination of sales actions
- Network and interface with sales and marketing processes to ensure coverage of Oil and Gas customers
- Participate in Endress+Hauser's global industry network and SIG Oil and Gas to identify gaps in our offering and influence future product development
- Monitor and measure market trends, market size, and market-specific legislation to provide clear strategic direction to the UK sales organisation
- Thorough knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry, applications, and legislation
- Good contact base within the Oil and Gas industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
