Role Purpose:

To assist and guide patients in accessing the appropriate services or healthcare professionals in a courteous, efficient, and effective manner. To provide general support to the practice team and project a positive and welcoming image to patients and visitors, whether in person or via telephone.

Candidate Profile

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum of GCSE Level C in English or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with general office procedures.
  • Proficiency in IT, including word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to respond to requests for assistance while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure when dealing with challenging individuals, both in person and on the phone.
