Role Purpose:
To assist and guide patients in accessing the appropriate services or healthcare professionals in a courteous, efficient, and effective manner. To provide general support to the practice team and project a positive and welcoming image to patients and visitors, whether in person or via telephone.
Candidate Profile
Essential Experience:
- Minimum of GCSE Level C in English or equivalent.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with general office procedures.
- Proficiency in IT, including word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to respond to requests for assistance while maintaining confidentiality.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain composure when dealing with challenging individuals, both in person and on the phone.
