We are currently in the process of migrating our existing Windows Forms based client into the web. This presents a unique opportunity for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our main application.

As a Frontend Developer, you will work closely with our UI/UX team and product owners to deliver a high-quality user experience. Your expertise in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML will be essential in bringing our vision to life.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with vanilla JavaScript or JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS). We use ReactJS with Typescript, so experience with this is a bonus.
  • Excellent knowledge and skill with CSS and Styling frameworks such as Styled Components, Bootstrap, Foundation, Semantic UI, Material UI etc
  • Experience working with version control systems (GIT, SVN, Mercurial). We use GIT provided by Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with front end build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, Grunt
  • Experience with NPM and Nodejs tooling
  • Must be comfortable working with REST API's
  • Experience writing testable code with unit tests and working in a test-driven manner using JavaScript test frameworks (MochaJS, JEST, Puppeteer)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced AGILE team with experience working in Sprints
  • Experience developing NodeJS server-side applications
  • Experience working with and developing GraphQL API's
  • Architecting enterprise applications
  • Experience working with CI/CD tooling building deployment pipelines with Jenkins, VSTS, TFS, Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy
  • Experience with containers Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience or interest in working with server-side technologies (ASP.NET Core etc) and architecture
