About the Role:

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced Employment Solicitor who will join our client's commercial law firm in Reading. The firm is a well-established and reputable player in the Thames Valley market, providing advice to high-profile clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a range of work in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, including advising on general HR matters, advocating in tribunals, advising on restructuring, discrimination and equal pay, TUPE transfers, and more.
  • Undertake advocacy work, with the encouragement and support to handle cases from beginning to end.
  • Utilize exceptional client care and communication skills.
  • Work closely with partners on large complex matters.

Requirements:
